It’s election time again on Sunday, this time the first round of voting in Colombia’s presidential election. For this week’s StratComms, I’ll move it to a special edition on Sunday evening once the results are clear. Unlike Peru, which took 35 days, the results should be known within hours.
The leading candidates are leftist Senator Ivan Cepeda, center-right Senator Paloma Valencia and populist attorney Abelardo de la Espriella.
